David started the business back in the mid-90's having gained his experience working for Laing Group nationwide. He oversees a large team working closely with corporate clients, architects and homeowners. He is passionate about his building and testament to this is the continual stream of repeat business and recommendations.

Andrew has recently spent a year working for a large multinational company since obtaining a degree in Business Studies at Plymouth University.  He has also embarked on a Building Management Course  and works closely on the various projects currently under construction.

Nadine is an integral part of our business.  She keeps things running smoothly in our very busy and hectic office plus oversees our accounts department, Nadine brings with her brilliant experience gained  from working in both the public and private sector.

Richard has worked for Turnkey for over 15 years.  He oversees the general day-to-day running of the yard, stores, fleet of vehicles and liaising with building merchants and suppliers to make sure sites are supplied with equipment and materials. 

Tony runs our plumbing and heating division: Percy Blackwell.  He has a loyal following of clients that he looks after with his long serving team of plumbers and heating engineers who carry out various works from bathroom refurbishments to whole heating systems.

There's a huge team of builders, labourers, groundworkers, plumbers, plasterers, electricians plus administration staff that keep our wheels turning.  Some of our team have been with us for 20 plus years.  Collectively we are Turnkey Construction...….
